Family Orientation Files are available in either Microsoft Word of Adobe Acrobat click on name for MS Word and PDF for Adobe file The first thing to do is to think about your learning needs and learn about how Vision can support you. When you decide to enroll in the program, you will have chosen a Resource Consultant (RC) to help you with your decision making, documentation of learning, budgeting, discovery of resources and more. There are several RC's available to work with learners in each of the three Home and Community Programs. One of the first things to do is talk with a Resource Consultant (RC) about your educational philosophies and needs. There is some initial paperwork to do as part of the enrollment process. The following forms should be completed to include in your learner notebook, which is kept at the Vision office:
Together with your RC you will be working on your learning plan for the year and completing all the necessary paperwork to officially be part of this program.
