Resource Consultants RCs work directly as consultants and advocates with Learners and families, and, in this role are also part of the relationship between Learners and Educators. RCs also work intimately with the Vision HCP staff and play a central role in Vision HCP policy decisions. RCs are thus the liaisons and translators between the individual Learner and the Vision program.
